01Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Atex Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Atex Hub is operated by Atex Hub Labs, a non-custodial routing service connecting users to regulated exchange partners.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. Atex Hub is not available in jurisdictions where crypto trading is prohibited. You are solely responsible for compliance with local law.
03Nature of the service
Atex Hub is a non-custodial aggregator. It does not hold user funds at any point. Crypto-to-crypto swaps are routed through third-party liquidity providers. Card purchases are processed by regulated third-party payment partners. Atex Hub does not act as a counterparty.
04User responsibilities
You are responsible for: providing correct destination addresses, choosing the correct network, securing your wallet and private keys, and complying with applicable tax law. Atex Hub and its partners cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses or networks.
05Fees
Atex Hub and its partners may charge routing, payment, and network fees. All fees applicable to your transaction are quoted upfront before you confirm. Fees may change with notice.
06Prohibited use
You may not use Atex Hub for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user at our discretion.
07No advice
Nothing on Atex Hub constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Information is provided for general purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.
08Limitation of liability
Atex Hub is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atex Hub Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of funds due to user error, network failure, or partner failure.
09Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atex Hub Labs, its employees, contractors, and partners from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
10Modifications & contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact legal@atexhub.io.
