01Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Atex Hub ("Atex Hub", "we", "us", or "the operator") handles personal data when you use the Atex Hub website and its swap, buy, tracking, and market tools (the "Service").

Atex Hub is designed to collect as little as possible. You do not need an account, email address, or name to swap crypto.

02Data we process

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• Swap details you enter: the assets and networks, amounts, destination address, refund address, and any memo, tag, or extra ID.
• The exchange ID returned by our Partner for your swap, so you can track it.
• Technical request data such as IP address, browser user agent, and the pages or API routes requested. This is processed by our hosting provider, used for rate limiting, and also received by the third-party hosts that serve coin and network icons when your browser loads them.
• Aggregated, cookieless page-view statistics from our analytics provider.
• Anything you choose to send us by email, such as your email address and the content of your message.

03Data we never collect

We never collect your private keys, seed phrase, wallet passwords, or remote access to your device. We will never ask for them. Anyone who asks for them while claiming to be Atex Hub is attempting a scam.

04Browser storage and cookies

The Service does not set cookies. A few features save data in your browser's local storage, on your device only. We cannot see this data, and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data. It includes:

• Your watchlist and favorite coins.
• Your recent swaps (up to 30), saved as exchange ID, pair, amount, and time, so you can find them again.
• Recently selected coins in the swap form.

05Analytics and logs

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the Service is used. It does not use cookies and reports aggregated statistics such as page views, referrers, and device type, not individual profiles.

Our hosting provider processes request logs, including IP addresses, to deliver the Service, protect it from abuse, and fix problems. These logs are kept according to the hosting provider's own retention settings. To block abusive traffic, swap requests are rate limited by IP address; this is done in server memory and not written to storage.

06How we use data

We use the data above only to:

• Pass your swap request to a Partner so it can quote, execute, and deliver your swap.
• Show you the status of your swap.
• Keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
• Understand overall usage and improve the Service.
• Answer messages you send us.
• Comply with legal obligations.

07Legal bases

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (to process the swap you request); our legitimate interests (to secure, operate, and improve the Service and to answer your messages); and legal obligation (where the law requires us to keep or disclose information).

08Who receives data

We share data only with the categories of recipients below, and we never sell or rent personal data:

• Exchange and payment Partners, which receive your swap details to execute your transaction. If you buy or sell crypto with a card or bank transfer, you enter your payment and identity details directly into the Partner's own flow; they are not sent to us.
• Our hosting and analytics providers, which process data on our behalf to run the Service.
• Market data providers, which receive server requests for prices but no personal data about you.
• Image hosts used by our market data and exchange Partners, which receive standard request data (IP address, browser user agent) when your browser loads coin and network icons.
• Authorities or other parties, where we are required to by a valid legal request or to protect the rights and safety of users or the Service.

09International transfers

Our service providers and Partners may process data in countries other than yours, which may have different data protection laws. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10Retention

Atex Hub does not keep a database of your swaps or addresses. Once a swap request is passed to a Partner, the record of that swap is held by the Partner under its own privacy policy and legal retention duties.

Hosting logs and analytics are kept according to those providers' settings. Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to resolve your request and then deleted, unless we must keep them for legal reasons.

11Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR and UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), or China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). These may include the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to a data protection authority.

To make a request, email support@atexhub.io. We will respond within 30 days. Because we hold very little data, we may ask for details such as your exchange ID to find it. For data held by a Partner, such as swap records or identity checks, we will point you to that Partner, which handles the request under its own policy. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

12Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact support@atexhub.io and we will delete it.

13Security of processing

The Service is served over HTTPS only. Partner API credentials are kept on the server and are never exposed to your browser, and swap requests are rate limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please also protect your own devices and wallet.

14Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed, and material changes will be announced on the Service before they take effect. Questions or requests: support@atexhub.io.
